Ellinas tops first day at Valencia

Tio Ellinas set the pace on the first day of GP3 testing at Jerez on Thursday for Manor Racing. The Cypriot, a front-runner in Formula Renault UK this year, topped the morning session in 1m34.748, a time set just an hour into the session. Despite a number of rivals improving their pace as the morning wore on, his time was still good enough to be 0.050s clear of MW Arden driver David Fumanelli
